The house has three big bedrooms, two on the ground floor and one downstairs.
Master bedroom (ground floor): King size bed, walk in wardrobe, en-suite bathroom, ceiling fan, aircon, access to pool terrace.
Bedroom 2 (ground floor): Large double bed, ceiling fan, aircon and doors leading to pool terrace.
Bedroom 3 (lower floor): Two singles or 1 double, walk in wardrobe, aircon.
Please note that all beds can be made up as singles.

Bathrooms: All the bathrooms are made up with luxurious and modern materials. Both the en-suite bathroom and the other ground floor bathroom offer large walk in shower room, wc and basin. The lower floor one is a big family bathroom with luxury tub, basin, wc and bidet.
Kitchen: Large modern open plan kitchen, large fridge freezer, dishwasher, electric fan oven, stereo CD with IPod, IPhone and other MP3 players connection through headphones jack (no USB), ceramic hob all mod cons. Dining area and doors leading to pool terrace and BBQ area. A filtered drinking water system has been installed providing instant pure water.
Utility room: Situated on the lower ground floor, this room is fitted with washing machine and a butler sink. Iron and ironing board are provided.
Living room: Light, airy living room located on the first floor with amazing sea views. Smart TV which you can use with your personal Amazon Prime Video and Netflix account, sofas, electric fireplace and aircon. Double doors leading to two terraces with comfortable seating areas, great for reading at dusk, watching boats passing by and sunsets. One of the terraces has table and chairs plus comfortable exterior sofa and chairs; the other has a big double sunbed. You can enjoy spectacular sea views from both terraces, both have down lighters built into the pergolas for comfortable evening living.
Lounge: A second lounge is situated on the lower ground floor, a great chill out zone with large sofa, TV, DVD and music system. A great area for kids/teens to get away from it all! Aircon in this area of the house.

Outside area: The ground floor outside area is the largest zone with decking, a section of tiled patio and planted borders and hedges.
This is where the pool and jacuzzi and solar powered outside shower are situated and the outside entertaining area with a coal BBQ; all adorned with a striking waterfall. There is a large umbrella providing shade, a large table, chairs and also sun loungers. Two covered off road private parking areas are available for you.
Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service: Linen, bath towels and hand towels are provided and the villa will be clean on entry. For stays over one week a set of extra linen will be provided on arrival. Extra cleaning can be provide at a charge as well as pool towels. Beds will be arranged according to the number of occupants; for bookings of less than six occupants, if you wish to have all beds made up, there’s an extra cost to be paid.
Amenities/facilities: Barbecue, private pool (for sole use of guests), hob/stove, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, iron/ironing board, tv, floor heating at ground floor and first floor, air conditioning, room fans, security box. Wi-fi connection available on request (at a small extra cost).
Location type: Close to wonderful beaches.
Accessibility: This property is suitable for wheelchair users on the ground floor only. As it is distributed over 3 levels it is not suitable for people with walking difficulties.
Coast/Beach: The nearest sandy beach is just a 5 minute stroll from the villa, it is unspoilt and has no sun beds or umbrellas for hire, mainly used by locals, it is a sheltered cove and very pretty. Just a 10 minute drive away is the famous Binibeca beach and a further 5 minutes drive will bring you to Punta Prima; here you will find beautiful turquoise sea and white sand with a selection of bars and restaurants right on the beach.
Golf: A 30 minute drive away is the only golf course on Menorca-Son Parc. It is an eighteen hole course suitable for beginners and experienced players. It is situated on the north side of the island and has a spectacular beach in the resort. Clubs, buggies etc can be hired from the golf club.
How to get there: Mahon airport is 10 minutes drive from the villa. San LLuis is the local town and will take you 8 minutes by car. To reach the capital Mahon is a 15 minute drive. There is a small local restaurant close by. Public transports are not so efficient so we recommend a car. You can rent it at the airport and drop it back there when you leave.
Further details: Binisafua is a quiet location with an equal balance of holiday properties and all year residents; the backdrop of lovely countryside and stunning sea views make it very special. Local shops, supermarkets, banks and restaurants are located in the town of San Lluis, just a short drive away. There is also access to country walks.
